Firm founder Bruce Feffer brings his years of experience to your real estate, businesses and employment law case.  Attorney Feffer is a state-certified real estate law instructor and has taught numerous real estate and business law seminars.  He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts and is a member of the Law-Related Education Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the Global Business Association, and the Council of New York Co-operatives and Condominiums, and New York City Contract Dispute Resolution Board.   

In addition to his deep involvement with the legal community, Bruce Feffer is a court-certified receiver and referee. 

As a court-appointed receiver, he becomes the substitute owner of commercial and residential real estate to ensure that it is properly maintained while a foreclosure action is pending in the courts.

As a referee,  Attorney Feffer oversees an auction of real property after the issuance of a foreclosure judgment.
