"THE LETTER OF THE LAW"
Newsletter of the Law Office
of
Bruce Feffer, Attorney At Law

September 2003       Vol. V No. 1

WELCOME!

Welcome to another edition of "The Letter of the Law", the newsletter for friends and clients of Bruce Feffer, Attorney At Law .

This year, my law practice has been busier than ever. And while I'm certainly not complaining, one of the consequences has been that I have not sent out a newsletter all year (most of you probably have not even noticed, but there are some loyal fans out there who have asked me about it). So here it is, better late than never.

As in the past, the purpose of the newsletter is to let you know what I've been working on, as well as to share what I hope is some information that is useful in your personal or business life.

Your feedback about the newsletter is greatly appreciated. Let me know how it can be improved to meet your needs. But don't expect another one for a while-it's pretty busy around here.

Regards,
Bruce

MESSAGE BOARD

Teaching and Learning

In July, I was invited to speak at a seminar hosted by HSBC Bank on the subject of how to buy foreclosed real estate. I have also been periodically teaching a class on this topic for the Learning Annex.

In August, I completed two certified training courses on Guardianships and Receiverships, sponsored by the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association. Certification in these areas means that I am qualified to continue serving as a court appointed legal Guardian and a Receiver of foreclosed real estate.

Welcome Aboard!

Since the last newsletter, two new members have been added to our staff. Cindy Millan and Anna Li join Robin Lau in helping to provide efficient, quality service to our clients.
